Dust bag wear is the main type of filter bag damage and ineffectiveness. After other types of damage cause small round holes in the damage, the flushing of smoke and dust cyclones also causes further wear. Wear is closely related to the overall design of the bag dust collector, ventilation, back-blowing dust removal, etc. The locations where dust bag wear occurs are divided into the following five situations: filter bag seal, filter bag body, filter bag bottom, filter bag bottom and filter bag inside. The conditions and factors of wear in different locations are different, and the solutions are also different.
The wear of the dust bag body is generally a longitudinal strip wear mark in the middle of the filter bag, which can be divided into several situations:
If the damage mark is from the inside to the outside, the damage is at the contact point of the bag cage vertical ribs, indicating that the bag cage vertical ribs are welded or rusted, breaking the filter bag or the gas generator pressure is too high, the gas generator is too frequent, and the contact part between the filter bag and the bag cage is stretched and broken to cause damage. This type of wear problem can be solved by replacing the bag cage or adjusting the gasifier equipment.
If the damage marks are from the outside to the inside, the damage is at the contact point of the vertical ribs of the bag cage. Usually, it can be seen that the outside of the filter bag (near the filter bag or the shell prefabricated component) has a trace of friction with the filter bag. This type of wear is caused by the deformation of the bag cage or the installation of the filter bag is too small, the diameter of the filter bag is slightly larger or loose, resulting in the contact between the filter bag and the filter bag, and the filter bag and the dust collector shell fasteners. During the back-blowing process, the expansion and friction of the filter bag cause wear. Generally, the bag cage needs to be replaced and the installation quality should be ensured. During the design of the bag dust collector, the distance between the filter bags and the distance between the filter bags and the shell structure should be avoided.
Mechanical wear on the bottom of the filter bag: Wear on both sides of the bottom of the filter bag is common within 300mm above the bottom of the filter bag. The wear is mostly on one side, which is more serious at the bottom and gradually relieved upwards. Some sewing threads will be broken, and the sewing threads of the parts that are not worn are strong. This type of wear is mostly caused by deformation of the flower plate, small hole spacing, deformation of the bag cage, and too long filter bag. Some filter bags are damaged by friction with the dust collector box wall. This type of damage requires strict inspection of the flower plate flatness, and the bag cage should be made.
Annular wear on the bottom of the filter bag: Annular wear cracks are formed from the outside to the inside of the filter bag. This type of wear is caused by the flushing of the filter bag part by the prosperous exhaust gas, indicating that the cyclone speed of the filter bag part is too large. It is common in dust collectors with high filtering wind force or dust with strong abrasiveness. When one side of the filter bag is damaged, the dust washes and damages the top corner. With the passage of time, the damage continues to develop. Severe damage to the filter bag can cause annular rupture of the filter bag.
Wear on the inside of the bottom of the filter bag: It is common in the contact part with the bag cage. Most of the time, the diameter of the bag cage and the bottom of the bag cage is too different, resulting in excessive conversion force during dust removal and filtration of the filter bag, and friction and damage with the bag cage.
