Methods for thorough inspection of dust leakage and dust removal of bag dust collector

Dust leakage of bag dust collector,air leakage of bag dust collector and smoke from bag dust collector chimney are similar to excessive emission of dust and smoke,but have nothing to do with the volume condition of bag dust collector.How to troubleshoot Please follow the following methods to eliminate dust leakage of bag dust collector.

1.Carefully check the air plenum cleaned by the dust collector bag,located on the top of the tube sheet.When troubleshooting bag dust collector failure,the leaking part should be checked for leakage.If excessive dust leakage occurs,check and make sure the dust collector bag is installed correctly.Incorrectly installed dust collector bags should be reinstalled.Look for signs of dust on the tube sheet around the faulty dust collector bag.

2.Check whether the clean air chamber is leaking Visually inspect the clean air plenum to find the source of dust leakage.If you cannot determine the source of the leak,you can use fluorescent powder that glows in the dark.In the dye test,a certain amount of fluorescent powder is introduced into the inlet of the bag dust collector while the fan is running and the cleaning system is turned off.Use about 1/2 pound of powder for every 1,000 square feet of media.Next,the fan should be turned off and the air chamber should be cleaned in darkness.The leak will emit a bright fluorescent color and will be obvious in a dim or dark environment.If it clumps in the dust collector,it is because the dust collector has not been used for a long time,causing the dust to absorb water and clump.Clean it out and landfill it,then clean the dust collector and use it again.If the dust collector is clumps during use,it may be that there is too much water in the flue gas.You should pay attention to reducing the water content of the dust,and you can put desiccant,drying equipment,etc.If it is not because of the high water content of the dust,it may be caused by the high flue gas temperature and condensation inside the dust collector.The dust collector should be insulated,or the flue gas should be cooled first.

If the bag dust collector is not cleaned thoroughly,you should check from the following three aspects:

1.Check the dust bag to see if there is any damage.

2.Whether the internal blowing system such as pulse valve,cylinder,and electric control cabinet is operating normally and stably.

3.Check the external gas source to see if there are any factors such as increased water volume or increased flue gas volume in the flue gas being treated.

After the inspection,carry out targeted maintenance or remedial measures based on the problems found.If the user finds that the dust collector has unusual conditions during the cleaning process,the machine should be stopped immediately for an overall inspection.
