Operation Mechanism

The clarified water flows out from the upper part of the separator to the intermediate water tank and then enters the dust removal tower through the water pump. The water film is formed through the ring-arranged nozzles to realize the recycling of water. All equipment is centralized in an electric control console. For safe operation, the electric control system adopts some necessary sound and light alarm devices.

Working principle of carbon kiln wet electrostatic precipitator

The dust removal tower consists of an outer tower and an auxiliary tower, both of which are made of stainless steel plates. The outer tower has a diameter of 2.4m and a height of 12.7m. The ash-water separator is made of ordinary steel plate, and the inner wall is anti-corrosive with "TO" resin. The mud deposited by the plowshare on the mud collecting arm is scraped to the center and discharged. When the mud collecting arm is stuck for some reason, it can stop running and sound and light alarms are issued. After treatment, it still cannot resume operation, and manual cleaning is applied. The mud collecting arm is stuck due to power outage or long-term non-discharge of mud. The longer the power outage, the more serious the fault, so users are required to equip with dual power supplies.
