The working principle of wet electrostatic precipitator in brick kiln:Under the action of high DC voltage，the metal discharge wire ionizes the surrounding gas，charges the surface of dust or droplet particles，and the charged particles move to the dust collecting electrode under the action of electric field force and deposit on the dust collecting electrode.The water flows down from the dust collecting plate，forming a uniform and stable water film on the dust collecting plate，which takes away the particles on the plate.Therefore，the dust removal principle of wet electrostatic precipitator is the same as that of dry ESP，and both go through three stages:charging，collection and cleaning.However，unlike the cleaning of electrostatic precipitator，wet electrostatic precipitator uses liquid to flush the surface of the dust collecting electrode for cleaning.

Wet electrostatic precipitator in brick kiln is mainly composed of the main body，ash water circulation system，drainage system，control system，electrical system，etc.The front anode plate is continuously sprayed with circulating water，and the rear anode plate is continuously sprayed with comprehensive water;the front anode plate is sprayed with circulating water separated and neutralized by ash water to form a uniform water film and avoid corrosion of the plate due to acid accumulation.The rear anode plate is continuously sprayed with comprehensive water to avoid the influence of salt and suspended matter in the circulating water on the dust at the WESP outlet，further improving the dust removal efficiency.The cathode line is flushed regularly to avoid corrosion caused by acid accumulation.The wastewater after flushing enters the drainage box and is pumped to the desulfurization absorption tower by the drainage pump.
