Ferrosilicon furnace dust collector

Due to the high temperature of the flue gas in the ferrosilicon furnace, the nature of the dust, and the large change in air volume, many dust removal technologies have been adopted in China, and a large number of flue gas purification practices have been carried out. At present, the relatively mature technology for dust removal of high-temperature flue gas in ferrosilicon furnaces is dry bag dust collectors. According to the technical experience of our company's ferrosilicon furnace flue gas treatment project, our company decided to use silicon powder pretreatment + cooling facilities + dry bag dust removal treatment process to treat the flue gas of the ferrosilicon furnace and collect silicon powder.

In the selection of bag dust collectors for ferrosilicon furnaces and ore-fired furnaces, we chose pulse long bag dust collectors. This is because the dust collectors, dust removal, and emission concentration can meet the requirements of <20mg/Nm3. In particular, the dust collector has a small footprint, which is particularly beneficial for the transformation of old lines. It is an ideal dust removal equipment for ferrosilicon furnace flue gas collection. The bag dust collectors for ferrosilicon furnaces use glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84 and other filter materials, and can operate under high temperature conditions above 200℃. The bag filter of metallurgical furnace is not sensitive to the characteristics of dust and is not affected by dust and resistance. The bag filter of metallurgical furnace adopts electrical control system. The low-position mobile dust hood, charging car and ladle car are equipped with on-site wireless remote control devices, which are quick and convenient to operate and highly practical. The dust removal system is responsible for the dust cleaning and unloading work required for the normal operation of the dust collector and the automatic control task of dust collector protection, and adopts PLC programmable controller. It has excellent flexibility and compatibility.
