The dust collector of the submerged arc furnace uses a bag dust collector system to treat the smoke from the calcium carbide furnace,submerged arc furnace,and ferrosilicon furnace.It is the mainstream of the dust removal development of calcium carbide furnace,submerged arc furnace,and ferrosilicon furnace.Since the calcium carbide furnace is a high-energy-consuming production equipment,there is a lot of residual heat in the flue gas and the flue gas temperature is high.Therefore,no matter what type of bag dust collector system is adopted,cooling measures must be taken.The dust collector designed by our company is designed for the high-temperature flue gas generated during the smelting of ferromanganese,silicon manganese,manganese-rich slag,calcium carbide,etc.It occupies a small area,has a large air volume,high filtration speed,good purification effect,and the emission concentration reaches below 10mg/m3,which meets the standard.
The process and principle of the dust collector of the submerged arc furnace:
Natural air cooling+bag dust collector,air cooler+bag dust collector.
The air cooler+pulse bag dust collector type system is a negative pressure system,and the induced draft fan is placed after the dust removal system.The flue gas from calcium carbide furnace,ore-heat furnace and ferrosilicon furnace first enters the air cooler,and is fully cooled and cooled to the temperature range that the bag dust collector can withstand by the air cooler,and then enters the bag pulse dust collector.The dust-removed flue gas is discharged from the chimney of the induced draft fan in compliance with the standards,and the dust is discharged from the ash hopper.
Design advantages of ore-heat furnace dust removal equipment:
1.Low investment:The new composite filter material with significantly improved matching,folding resistance and peeling strength can not only improve the filtration speed,but also increase the filtration wind speed,and has a long service life;the skeleton adopts an integral die-welded skeleton,and the upper part of the skeleton is equipped with an integral venturi tube,which has an overall strong,high surface finish,and does not damage the filter bag;the filter unit and the dust collector body plate are assembled with spring clamps,which are easy to disassemble and maintain,and have good sealing performance;due to the good quality of accessories,the overall operating cost is reduced.
2.Convenient maintenance:The upper cover structure is adopted,and the filter bag frame can be replaced by extracting the filter bag frame;the main fan is in a clean airflow working environment,the blades of the main fan do not need to be cleaned and maintained,and the fan operation is relatively stable.
3.Design:In view of the fact that the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the submerged arc furnace can reach more than 450°,a special outdoor natural cooling system is designed,which does not consume energy and power,and can save costs.On this basis,an automatic controlled cold air valve is added for use when the temperature is too high,which improves the operation efficiency of the equipment.4.We added a control valve on the chimney,which can be closed when in use,so as to reduce the designed air volume and reduce the production cost of the dust collector.5.The smoke from the submerged arc furnace is light and easy to adhere.According to this situation,we selected a long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector with a slightly lower wind speed for easy cleaning.6.The high-temperature filter material used in the filter bag is low in cost,good in effect,and has a long service life.
