The smelting furnace dust collector is a unit combined dust removal equipment with large air volume,good ash removal effect and high operation.It is widely used in flue gas dust removal and material recovery of boilers,kilns,and garbage incineration in the power,metallurgy,building materials,chemical and other industries.
The dust-containing gas of the smelting furnace dust collector enters the ash hopper of each unit through the guide pipe.Under the guidance of the ash hopper guide system,the large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper.The remaining dust enters the filter area ofthe middle box with the air flow.The clean gas after filtration passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the upper box,lifting valve,and exhaust pipe.As the filtration proceeds,when the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain amount,the dust cleaning control device closes the lifting valve according to the set program,opens the electromagnetic pulse valve to spray,shakes off the dust on the filter bag,and falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
The smelting furnace dust collector is equipped with a bypass flue.When the boiler(or incinerator)is started,the bypass flue is opened to prevent the oil from burning poorly during ignition,the oil sticks to the filter bag,and the filter bag is burned when encountering an open flame.When the temperature of the flue gas exceeds the allowable temperature of the filter bag in an accident,the bypass is opened.
The smelting furnace dust collector is also equipped with a leak detection device,which consists of multiple probes(one in each chamber),and an air cannon is installed in the ash hopper.
Basic structure of smelting furnace dust collector
The smelting furnace dust collector consists of a box assembly,a filter bag assembly,a guide device,a pulse injection system,an ash discharge system,a control system,and an offline protection system.
1.Smelting furnace dust collector assembly:The connection design of the filter bag frame,the cloth bag and the hanging bag adopts a self-locking device,which is easy to install and replace,and can extend the service life of the filter bag.The filter bag specifications are:φ130x6000mm,φ160x6000mm,φ160x7000mm,and polyphenylene sulfide needle felt(PPS/PPS504CSl7,processed).
2.Dust collector guide device for smelting furnace:adopt the above air intake method,the designed flue gas distribution device can not only distribute dusty gas,but also separate large particles,avoid dusty gas from scouring the filter bag,further improve efficiency,and increase the service life of the filter bag.
3.Dust collector box part of smelting furnace:It is composed of upper box(clean air chamber),middle box(filter chamber),lower box(ash hopper),flue gas distributor,flower plate,platform,escalator,support foot,air inlet,ash outlet,insulation,color panel,etc.
4.Pulse injection system of smelting furnace dust collector:It is composed of backwash manifold,electromagnetic pulse valve,pressure joint,nozzle pipe,bracket,etc.The specifications below HGDM-5.6 are for whole box cleaning,and the other specifications have a compressed air nozzle pipe on the top of each filter bag.During operation,it is generally set that each row of filter bags is pulse backwashed and cleaned every 10S,and the solenoid valve is started once at a fixed time to spray pulse backwash compressed air into the filter bag for cleaning.
5.Control system of smelting furnace dust collector:mainly composed of pulse jet controller,PLC computer control cabinet,thermal resistance thermometer,static pressure measuring point,material level indicator and measuring element.
6.Ash discharging system of smelting furnace dust collector:composed of electric vibrator(air cannon),electric heater,ash level indicator,electric vibrator(air cannon)dust has good fluidity.
7.Offline protection system of smelting furnace dust collector:mainly composed of bypass valve,differential pressure device,material level meter,thermometer,pressure detection device,pulse controller,filter bag leak detection device,etc.When the flue gas temperature is too high or the boiler is re-ignited at the tail,water is sprayed to avoid burning the filter bag.A filter bag leak detection device composed of a differential pressure meter is installed in the clean air chamber to alarm in time when the filter bag is damaged.Since fuel oil needs to be sprayed when large-tonnage boilers are ignited and low-load,a large amount of oil-containing gas will be generated.This flue gas directly enters the dust collector,which will cause the filter bag cloth powder layer to be hardened,causing system resistance and affecting normal operation.The system adds a bypass pipe to discharge the oil-containing gas at the moment of oil injection through the bypass pipe,thereby effectively protecting the filter bag.
