Nowadays,most electric furnace dust collectors use bag dust collectors for dust removal.If the dust hood uses an umbrella-shaped dust hood,it is generally not necessary to use a high-temperature dust bag.The reason is that the umbrella-shaped dust hood of the electric furnace dust collector inhales the surrounding cold air while inhaling the high-temperature flue gas of the electric furnace,so that the neutralization temperature can reach the temperature that the dust bag can withstand.When installing the electric furnace dust collector,measures should also be taken according to the different smelting raw materials.

Design principles of bag filter for electric furnace

Process principle of medium frequency furnace dust collector:

Install an umbrella-shaped dust hood at a height of 1600 to 2000mm from the medium frequency furnace mouth,install an exhaust branch pipe,install a regulating valve and a rotating walking device on the branch pipe,so that the umbrella-shaped dust hood can move and absorb the flue gas of the two furnace bodies.The flue gas is introduced into the main ventilation duct through the branch duct,and then goes to the spark catcher to remove sparks to prevent the sparks from entering the dust collector and burning the dust bags.At the same time,the spark catcher is also a primary dust collector,which can remove other dust with low recovery value,and then use the bag dust collector for purification,and the fan sends the flue gas to the chimney for discharge.
