Design structure of electric furnace dust collector for foundry:

1.The main body of electric furnace dust collector for foundry:It consists of upper box,middle box,ash hopper assembly,inspection door,bracket,etc.For the main body,we design the strength with unfavorable load combination;it is made of q235a plate.

2.Dust collection and filtration system:mainly composed of filter bag,bag cage,flower plate assembly,air inlet distribution system.

3.Blowing and dust removal system:mainly composed of air storage bag(including oil-water separator,pressure regulating device),electromagnetic pulse valve,blowing pipe assembly and offline valve,screw conveyor and star-shaped dust removal valve.

4.The dust collector bag adoptsφ133mm standard specification,and the material is three-proof polyester needle felt.

5.The dust collector adopts external filtration type.The filter bag of the dust collector is connected with the flower plate by spring expansion ring,forming the separation of clean air and dusty gas.

6.During dust cleaning,the pulse controller controlled by the PLC sends a pulse signal to the electromagnetic pulse valve,and compressed air is sprayed through the spray pipe to deform the filter bag radially and shake off the dust.

7.An inspection door is set on the top of the electric furnace dust collector for inspection and bag replacement(the maintenance,inspection and bag replacement of the dust collector can be performed only outside the machine without entering the dust collector).

8.The dust collector is equipped with an air distribution system and a filter bag fixing frame to evenly distribute the dust-containing gas entering the dust collector to each filter bag.The use of the filter bag fixing frame prevents collision and friction between the filter bags during the dust cleaning process,which is conducive to extending the service life of the filter bag.

9.The air inlet of the dust collector is equipped with a manual air inlet regulating valve.Its closure can keep a single chamber of the dust collector offline,realizing the inspection and maintenance of a single chamber when the dust collector is in normal working condition.

Production standards for electric furnace dust collectors in foundries

1.The air hood surrounds the pollution source as much as possible,or is close to the pollution source,so that the diffusion of pollutants is limited within the range,preventing or reducing the interference of lateral airflow,so as to reduce the amount of air collection while obtaining sufficient air collection speed.

2.The air suction direction of the air hood should be consistent with the movement direction of the polluted airflow as much as possible,making full use of the kinetic energy of the polluted airflow.

3.Under the condition of controlling pollution,minimize the opening area ofthe air hood to minimize its air collection volume.

4.The axis of the external air hood should coincide with the axis of the pollutant emission,the ratio of the area ofthe hood opening to the cross-sectional area ofthe air duct,and the length of the horn cover should be 3 times the diameter of the air duct,so that the hood opening can collect air evenly.If uniform air collection cannot be achieved,multiple air collection ports can be set or partitions,baffles,etc.can be set in the air hood.

5.The air intake airflow of the air hood is not allowed to pass through the worker's breathing zone before entering the hood.There should be no obstacles in the air flow process.The structure of the air hood should not hinder workers'operation and equipment maintenance.

6.The suction point should not be located in the material concentration area and splashing area to avoid sucking a large amount of material into the purification system.When handling hot materials,the suction point should be located at the top of the hood,and the volume of the hood should be appropriately increased.

Purification efficiency of electric furnace dust collector in foundry:

The dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is≥90%,the smoke capture efficiency is≥,the outlet dust concentration is≤30mg/m3,and the area can be controlled at 20mg or even 10mg.The noise of the fan and other equipment is≤85db,and the entire system is running,with low operating costs and stable efficiency.
