ZT24 anode plate

ZT24 anode plate is a common accessory for electrostatic precipitator. ZT24 anode plate is connected to the cathode line of high-voltage DC power supply and forms a high-voltage electric field between the grounded anode plate. Due to the corona discharge at the cathode, the gas is ionized, and the negatively charged gas ions move toward the anode plate under the action of the electric field force. When they collide with dust particles during the movement, the dust particles are charged with negative electricity. The charged dust particles also move toward the anode under the action of the electric field force. After reaching the anode, they release negative charges. The dust particles are deposited on the anode plate, and the purified gas is discharged out of the dust collector.

After adding multiple elements to the ZT24 anode plate, the lead element can be recrystallized to achieve grain refinement. The cast anode plate has better chemical stability. After the anode plate blank is mechanically rolled into a plate, the mechanical properties are significantly stronger than those of the direct-cast anode plate. Its corrosion resistance and conductivity are guaranteed by adding modified alloys and mechanical processing technology. The plate material is moderately soft and hard, not easy to deform, and the phenomenon of short-circuit burning is reduced.
