Eight-toothed thorn line

The eight-tooth barbed wire is the main component of the cathode system of the electrostatic precipitator. It has good volt-ampere characteristics, strong adaptability to changes in dust specific resistance, and a cut-off voltage that is 20,000 volts higher than that of dust collectors using other corona wires.

Features:

1. Strong and excellent, high mechanical strength, no disconnection, no dropout. There are often thousands of cathode wires in a power supply section of ESP, and a broken wire will cause an electric field short circuit. ·2. Good electrical characteristics. Make the current density on the anode plate evenly distributed and the average electric field strength good; it has good adaptability to high dust concentration, fine dust and high specific resistance dust. The corona initiation voltage is low and the breakdown voltage is high. 3. Easy to clean and low manufacturing cost.

The discharge ability of the corona electrode is related to the entire sharpness (i.e. curvature) of the corona electrode discharge. When dust gathers at the sharp corner of the corona electrode discharge, its curvature is smaller, which has a great influence on its discharge effect.
