Fishbone line

The fishbone wire is a rigid wire made of a round tube as the main trunk. After the fishbone needle is inserted into the main trunk, the root end of the needle is welded or extruded, and connecting plates are added at both ends.

The fishbone wire of the electrostatic precipitator accessories has a low corona voltage, does not deform at high altitude, has good vibration force transmission and cleaning effects, and has good adaptability to high flue gas flow rate and high dust concentration. However, from the perspective of domestic applications, its main problem is that the needle is easy to fall off, the manufacturing is more complicated, the fishbone needle is easy to be skewed and deformed during transportation, and it is labor-intensive and time-consuming to correct each one.

The fishbone wire is generally used in combination with auxiliary electricity or sawtooth wire. At present, some domestic manufacturers still use this wire.
