Dust bearings

The dust bearing is a new type of dust bearing for electrostatic precipitator, which consists of a supporting wheel shaft, a supporting wheel, and a sealing sleeve, and a supporting seat, a gasket, a locking sleeve, a split pin, a pin shaft, a retaining ring, a shield, etc. The supporting wheel is cylindrical, and is matched with the supporting wheel shaft. A groove that matches the sealing sleeve is provided; there is a narrow diameter in the middle of the supporting wheel shaft, and retaining ring grooves and split pin holes are provided at both ends. The bottom plate of the support is rectangular, with fixing bolt holes at both ends, and a rectangular hole in the middle for discharging dust. The wall panels on both sides are symmetrical, and there are inclined grooves, locking sleeve holes, and pin shaft installation holes on the wall panels. The dust bearing cannot achieve the function of transmission. Not only that, the bearing will also affect the transmission. In order to reduce this effect, good lubrication is achieved on the bearing of the high-speed shaft. Some bearings are already lubricated, called pre-lubricated bearings, while most bearings have lubricating oil. When the load is running at high speed, the friction will not only increase energy consumption, but also easily damage the bearing.
