Fluoromex dust bag

Fluoromes dust bag is a new variety. It is made of two or more kinds of fibers mixed and layered to achieve the latest physical and chemical properties. The name of the composite needle-punched filter felt is determined to be FMS (FMS). Fluoromes (FMS) bags have the characteristics of high resistance to corrosion, acid and alkali corrosion, high resistance to bending, etc.; and there are series of products suitable for different temperature ranges such as 150-200℃ and 250-300℃.

Compared with glass fiber filter material, Fluoromes dust bag has significantly improved resistance to bending and peeling, and can bear high filtration load. The filtration speed can reach more than 1.0m/min, and the running resistance is low. Compared with synthetic chemical fiber filter material, it overcomes the weaknesses of chemical fiber filter material such as large elongation, large deformation, low temperature resistance and poor performance; dimensional stability and strength are better, and it is better than other chemical fibers. FMS filter material is a new product developed according to my country's national conditions. It is widely used in steel, non-ferrous smelting, chemical industry, carbon black, building materials, electricity and other departments.
