Metas dust bag

Compared with synthetic chemical fiber filter bags, it overcomes the weaknesses of chemical fiber filter materials such as large elongation, large deformation, low temperature resistance and poor performance; it has good dimensional stability and strength, and is better than other chemical fibers. FMS filter material is a new product developed according to my country's national conditions. It is widely used in steel, smelting, ferroalloys, chemicals, cement, calcium carbide, garbage incineration, electricity, asphalt mixing and other departments.

Metas dust bag can operate continuously at a temperature of 204℃ (instantaneous temperature of 250℃) and can withstand repeated instantaneous fluctuations of 250℃. At the same time, it has outstanding dimensional stability. At a temperature of 250℃, the heat shrinkage rate is less than 1%. It has excellent high temperature stability and is a dust collector accessory for bag dust collectors. Good chemical resistance will not affect it in low concentrations of acid and alkali and most hydrocarbons, and even a small amount of fluoride will not corrode it significantly.
