PPS dust bag

PPS dust bag is a kind of filter material made of PPS fiber(polyphenylene sulfide)through three-dimensional needle punching,which can be used for a long time at a temperature of about 190℃.PPS fiber,also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber,has good chemical stability and strength integrity due to its molecular structure.It is particularly effective in flue gas environments with high sulfur content.It is suitable for high acid flue gas filtration environments such as coal-fired boilers,power,and garbage incineration.

The needle-punched felt made of polyphenylene sulfide fiber has outstanding advantages in the following aspects:

1.Good temperature resistance melting point 285℃,continuous use temperature 190℃,instantaneous use temperature 230℃.

2.Excellent performance Polyphenylene sulfide fiber is superior to NomexConex and Kermel fiber in acid resistance,inorganic acid,acid,oxidant,etc.

3.Flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide fiber has a relative oxygen index(LDI)of 34-35,and the fiber is a non-combustible.Polyphenylene sulfide fiber needle-punched felt not only has excellent performance,but also has excellent performance.

In pulse-cleaning dust collectors such as those for filtering coal-fired boilers,garbage incinerators,and fly ash collection in power plants,PPS dust bags are ideal filter materials.PPS fiber has complete strength retention and inherent chemical resistance,which can maintain good filtering performance in harsh environments and achieve an ideal service life.

Performance of PPS dust bags:

1.PPS dust bag performance:It has a high melting point of 285°C,so it has long-term heat resistance,can be used continuously at a temperature of 190°C,and has strong steam resistance;it can maintain high strength even in high-pressure steam at 160°C.

2.PPS dust bag cleaning effect:After singeing and calendering,it can achieve the effect of easy cleaning.

3.PPS dust bag has good hydrolysis resistance:even at 160°C and 79%relative humidity,it can be used continuously for 500h.

4.Chemical resistance of PPS dust bags:Its outstanding chemical resistance is comparable to that of fluorinated fibers.At a temperature of 200°C or less,it can maintain stable chemical resistance to most acids(except for some oxidants such as concentrated nitric acid),alkalis and solvents.

5.Mechanical properties of PPS dust bags:It is basically the same as polyester in terms of strength,elongation and elasticity.

6.Flame retardancy of PPS dust bags:It shows excellent flame retardancy and spontaneous combustion(LOI oxygen index 34-35).

7.Radiation resistance of PPS dust bags:Its tolerance to radiation such asλrays and neutral sub-rays is greatly improved compared to traditional nylon and polyester.

8.Electrical properties of PPS dust bags:It continuously shows stable electrical properties under high temperature,high humidity and high frequency conditions.
