Star type ash discharge valve

The star-shaped discharger,also known as the air shut-off fan,rotary feeder,and air shut-off device,is composed of a rotor with several blades rotating in a cylindrical casing.The material falling from the upper hopper is filled in the space between the blades and discharged as the blades rotate.It is a rotary valve discharger for discharging powdered materials.It consists of a cylindrical feed port,a discharge port,a horizontally placed cylindrical valve body with one end closed,a cylindrical valve core with a pair of round holes closed at both ends,and a central shaft fixed to the valve core and connected to the handle or handwheel,and an end cover that can be fixed to the open end of the valve body.The valve core is placed at the valve core,and the two are coaxial.When using,turn the valve core so that the round hole on it is aligned with the feed port and the discharge port to discharge the material,and dislocation can stop the discharge.

Correct use of the star-shaped discharger:

1.Before using the star-shaped discharger,check the amount and type of lubricating oil in the reducer,change the oil after one month of operation,and change the oil once a year thereafter.

2.Connect the air source interface and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign matter.The interface should be clean.

3.Before using the star-shaped discharger,make sure that the direction of rotation of the rotor is clockwise.

4.Before using the star-shaped discharger,open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain.It should be checked regularly during operation;at the same time,apply appropriate grease to the chain and sprocket.

5.During the entire use of the discharger,adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is 0.05MPa greater than the pressure of the material at the valve.The gas is oil-free,dry compressed air.

6.During the entire use of the star-shaped discharger,the air source at the seal is always present.The air source can only be closed after the valve is confirmed.
