Features of stainless steel star discharger:

(1)By adopting the principle of planetary rotation,the input and output shafts are on the same axis,and it has the property of being directly connected to the motor,so it has a compact structure,beautiful and novel shape,small size and light weight.

(2)The stainless steel star discharger runs smoothly,has low noise,low failure rate and long life,and the gearing is made of bearing steel.Use powerful and high.

(3)Bearings and gearboxes should be kept away from the valve body to avoid the influence of high temperature and dust.The front and rear cover seals should be strong to prevent dust leakage and extend the service life of the machine parts and lubrication system.

(4)This machine has overload and strong inertia torque,which is suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation.

Use and maintenance of stainless steel star unloader:

(1)This machine is suitable for continuous working system and allows forward and reverse operation.

(2)When the output shaft and input shaft are matched with other parts,direct hammering is not allowed to prevent damage.

(3)During transportation and installation,it should be kept stable and avoid collision,which may cause the shell to break or deform.

(4)After the machine is put into use,the transmission and bearing parts should be refilled with oil(lithium-based grease)within 6-10 months.If the ambient temperature is high,humid or there is too much dust in the air,the oil change time should be appropriately shortened.

(5)During use,if the equipment leaks air or ash along the axial direction,tighten the screws of the pressure cover or replace the packing and then tighten the pressure cover.

(6)During operation,avoid damage to the reduction motor due to equipment jamming or motor short circuit caused by excessive material or overload.It is recommended that users install an overload protection device.
