YCD-HG star discharger

The YCD-HG star-shaped discharger is a rotor with several blades rotating in a cylindrical casing.The materials falling from the upper hopper are filled in the space between the blades and discharged as the blades rotate.

The YCD-HG star-shaped discharger is suitable for dust and small particles,and is widely used in engineering projects in industrial industries such as environmental protection,metallurgy,chemical industry,grain,cement,road construction,and drying equipment.

The temperature of the material transported by the YCD-HG star-shaped discharger can reach 280°C.The bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent the powder from contacting the bearings.The temperature of the material transported by the type discharger can reach 500°C.It is connected by a sprocket,and there is a certain distance between the reducer and the discharger housing.
