TD bucket elevator

TD bucket elevator is designed and manufactured according to the standard of JB3926-85"Vertical bucket elevator".At present,the commonly used bucket elevators in China are vertical and relatively new.Bucket elevators are suitable for vertically conveying powdery,granular and small-block bulk materials with low abrasiveness,such as grain,coal,cement,crushed ore,etc.,with a lifting height of 40m.TD bucket elevator is equipped with four types of buckets:Q type(shallow bucket),H type(arc bottom bucket),ZD type(medium-deep bucket)and SD type(deep bucket).

Basic structure of TD bucket elevator:

TD bucket elevator consists of a running part(bucket and traction belt),an upper section with a transmission roller,a lower section with a tensioning roller,an intermediate housing,a drive device,a check brake device,etc.It is suitable for conveying loose powdery,granular and small-block non-abrasive and semi-abrasive bulk materials with a loose densityρless than 1.5t/m3,such as coal,sand,coke,cement,crushed ore,etc.

TD bucket elevator structure:

The transmission device of TD bucket elevator has two types of transmission devices,equipped with YZ reducer and ZQ(or YY)reducer.The YZ shaft reducer is directly installed on the main shaft head,eliminating the transmission platform,coupling,etc.,making the structure compact and light,and it has a special-shaped roller backstop inside,which has excellent backstop.The reducer has low noise,stable operation,and floats with the main shaft,which can eliminate installation stress.
