HL bucket elevator

HL bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying of abrasive powder,granular and small block materials,such as grain,coal,cement,crushed ore,etc.The conveying height is 40m.Its characteristics are simple structure,stable operation,scoop-type loading,mixed or gravity unloading,the wheel rim adopts a combined sprocket,which is easy to change,and the sprocket rim has a long service life after treatment.If the lower part adopts a gravity automatic tensioning device,it can maintain a constant tension to avoid slipping or chain derailment.At the same time,when the bucket encounters resistance,some tolerance can effectively protect the moving parts,and the material temperature does not exceed 250℃.

HL bucket elevator is a bucket elevator.The elevator system consists of an upper section with a transmission sprocket on the running part,a lower section with a tensioning sprocket,an intermediate housing drive device,and a check brake device.The bucket of this elevator is arranged intermittently.The bucket is loaded by the"scooping method"and unloaded by the"centrifugal feeding method".This elevator is suitable for conveying non-abrasive materials in powder,material and small blocks.Since the traction mechanism of the elevator is a ring chain,it allows conveying materials with higher temperatures.

Working principle of HL bucket elevator:
