U-type screw conveyor

U-shaped screw conveyors are often used to convey small granular and powdery materials.They can also be conveyed at an angle of 15°.Therefore,they can also be used for multiple feeding and discharging on the basis of single-point feeding and discharging.For conveying toxic,explosive,high-temperature and easy-to-fly materials,the actual effect is trustworthy in terms of improving the operating conditions of the main workers and reducing environmental pollution.The machine has the advantages of relatively long machine life,balanced operation,simple and reasonable structure,strong sealing,convenient installation and use,suitable combination speed,powerful work,and arbitrary conveying distance.

Technical features of U-type screw conveyor:

1.The scraper is dragged by a single strong mining round chain and driven by a concave tooth sprocket,which has the characteristics of large load capacity,long chain life and good strength.

2.The chain can be automatically tensioned,which can protect the chain from running in a moderate tension state for a long time,eliminating the need for timely and frequent tense operations by manual labor.

3.The return section of the chain and scraper is supported by the supporting roller,which not only saves effort and reduces wear,but also helps the automatic tension and sliding of the chain through the automatic change of the deflection between several supporting rollers of the return chain.

4.If the drive mechanism is carried on the upper part of the head and is integrated with the casing,the overall installation can be freely placed on the spot without anchor bolts.

5.The running speed can be controlled by a combination of YVP series motors and inverters,which is a well-known speed regulation method.

6.The feeding method uses large-size shunts on both sides to isolate the return chain and scraper from the feed,and convey it forward with a constant large-size material layer thickness.This will prevent the chain and scraper from carrying back materials.
