FU type chain conveyor

FU type chain conveyor is a conveyor that uses chain traction,load,or slats,metal mesh belts,rollers,etc.installed on the chain to carry materials.It is widely used in automatic conveying,distribution,and in-line conveying of post-packaging of food,canned food,medicines,beverages,cosmetics and detergents,paper products,condiments,dairy and tobacco.

Features of FU chain conveyor:

1.Large conveying capacity,the conveyor allows a large amount of material to be conveyed in a small space.

2.Low energy consumption for conveying.With the help of the internal friction of the material,the material is pushed into pulling,which saves 50%of electricity compared with the screw conveyor.

3.Sealed and fully sealed casing makes dust-free,operation and running.

4.Long service life.The conveyor chain made of alloy steel through heat treatment has a normal life of>5 years,and the roller life on the chain(depending on different materials)is≥2~3 years.

5.The process layout is flexible.It can be arranged on an elevated platform,on the ground or in a pit.It can be installed horizontally or with a slope(≤15°).It can also be installed horizontally and with a slope on the same machine.It can be fed and discharged at multiple points.

6.The use cost is low,it saves electricity,requires less maintenance,and has low cost(about 1/10 of the screw machine).It can ensure the normal operation of the main machine to increase output and reduce consumption.
