Application scope of scraper conveyor:scraper conveyor is used to transport coal in the underground coal mine with gently inclined and thin coal seam comprehensive mining working face.It can be matched with MG80/200(240)-BW double drum coal mining machine with a mining height of 900mm.The working face of the scraper conveyor can adopt single hydraulic support or metal friction support and metal top beam.The scraper conveyor has the advantages of good strength,long life and high performance.It is an ideal working face conveyor for high production and coal mining.

Important points of scraper conveyor:

1.The scraper adopts the planetary gear transmission reducer independently manufactured by the company.It is domestically produced and has a small size.The fuselage height is only 420m.At the same time,it has the structural points of large speed ratio,good strength,high power,good transmission efficiency and long service life.

2.The total height of the head is only 630mm.The coal mining machine can directly cut through the coal at the head,which greatly improves the coal mining efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.

3.The transition trough and the middle trough are made of alloy steel cast trough sides and the middle plate with good strength and stable performance.The overall structure is welded together to improve the strength and toughness,increase the safety and performance,reduce the maintenance,and enhance the production efficiency.

4.The simple tail adopts a detachable separation structure,which is easy to install and maintain.

5.The scraper conveyor can be matched with all thin coal seam double drum coal mining machines,especially suitable for thin coal seams and thin coal seams.
