LS type screw conveyor

LS screw conveyor adopts DIN15261-1986 standard,and its design and manufacturing conform to JB/T7679-45"LS screw conveyor"standard.The screw diameter of LS screw conveyor is 100-1250mm,with eleven specifications,divided into single drive and double drive types.The maximum length of single drive screw conveyor can reach 35mm,of which the maximum length of LS1000 and LS1250 is 30m.

LS screw conveyor length is 0.5m per gear,which can be selected according to needs.The intermediate hanging bearing of the screw conveyor adopts two interchangeable structures of flow and sliding,with small resistance,strong sealing and good sealing.Speedalarm device and electric discharge valve can also be configured according to user requirements.

LS screw conveyor is generally divided into two types:shaft screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor.The shaft screw conveyor is composed of a screw,a U-shaped groove cover,an inlet and outlet,and a drive device,while the shaftless screw conveyor changes the screw into a shaftless screw and is equipped with a replaceable liner in the U-shaped groove,which has a simple structure.The material is input and output from the outlet after being pushed by the screw.The whole process can be carried out in a sealed groove,which reduces noise and reduces the emission of odor.

Features of LS screw conveyor:

1.The head and tail bearings of the LS screw conveyor are moved to the outside of the shell,which reduces the possibility of reducing the bearing life due to leakage due to poor sealing.

2.The intermediate hanging bearing of the LS screw conveyor adopts two structures that can be interchanged,rolling and sliding.Both are equipped with dustproof sealing devices and labyrinth seals.The seals are made of nylon and plastic king,with strong and good sealing performance.The sliding tiles include cast copper tiles that need to be lubricated,alloy cast iron tiles and copper-based graphite low-oil lubricating tiles.The bearing life can reach 10,000 hours.

3.The surface of the spiral blades of the LS screw conveyor is coated with materials,and its life can be doubled compared with conventional blades.

4.The transmission part adopts cycloid reducer,the whole machine has low noise,strong adaptability and easy operation and maintenance.
