ASCO solenoid pulse valve

ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve has the characteristics of low power consumption and low voltage.It can be used with smart card water meters and is the actuator for automatic water control of smart water meter systems.

ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve is mainly used for local dust source dust removal in the machinery,metallurgy,rubber,flour,chemical,pharmaceutical,carbon,building materials,and mining industries.It has the advantages of small size,large air volume,compact structure,and easy use.

Working principle of ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve:

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers,front and rear.When the compressed air is connected,the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the saving hole.At this time,the pressure of the rear air chamber will close the diaphragm assembly to the output port of the valve,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in a"closed"state.

The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller causes the electromagnetic pulse valve armature to move backward,the air vent of the rear air chamber of the valve opens,the rear air chamber quickly drops pressure,the diaphragm assembly moves backward,and the compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in an"open"state.

The pulse jet controller electrical signal disappears,the electromagnetic pulse valve armature resets,the rear air chamber vent hole is closed,the rear air chamber pressure increases,the diaphragm assembly is close to the valve output port,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in a"closed"state again.
