Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve

The right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve is a solenoid valve designed for bag-type dust collectors.It is the compressed air switch of the ash injection system of the pulse bag dust collector.It is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller to spray ash on the filter bags row by row,so that the dust collector resistance is kept within the set range,and the purpose of shaking the bags to remove dust is achieved with the dust collector's processing capacity and dust removal efficiency.

Working principle of right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve:

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers,the front and rear.When the compressed air is connected to the rear chamber through the throttle hole,the pressure of the rear air chamber will make the diaphragm close to the valve output port,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"closed"state.The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears,the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset,the air vent of the rear air chamber is closed,and the pressure of the rear air chamber increases,making the diaphragm close to the valve outlet,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"closed"state again.
