Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve

Installation method of submerged electromagnetic pulse valve:

The input end(IN)of the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to the metal tube of the air storage cylinder,and its output end is connected to the dust removal box blowing pipe.The connection threads are filled with polytetrafluoroethylene raw tape to tighten and seal.

DMF-Y submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is a diaphragm that divides the pulse valve into two chambers,front and back.When compressed air is connected,the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the air flow hole.At this time,the pressure of the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm against the valve outlet,and the pulse valve is in a closed state.When the electrical signal of the pulse controller moves the pulse valve armature,the air vent of the rear air chamber of the valve opens,the rear air chamber is pressurized,the diaphragm moves,and the compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port,and the pulse valve is in an open state.

DMF-Y submerged pulse solenoid valve is a submerged type(also called embedded valve).It is directly installed on the air bag,has a good straight-through blowing effect,and has a small loss of working air source.It is suitable for occasions with a wide range of air source pressure.Therefore,it is widely used on pulse dust collectors.
