Quick-connect solenoid pulse valve

The quick-connect solenoid pulse valve,also known as the right-angle quick-connect valve,is a new variety improved on the basis of the new right-angle solenoid pulse valve.It is also called the quick-connect pulse valve.The solenoid pulse valve has good sensitivity,large exhaust volume,stable working performance,and is easy to install,use and maintain.

The working principle of the quick-connect solenoid pulse valve is as follows:

The diaphragm divides the solenoid pulse valve into two air chambers,the front and rear.When the compressed air is connected,the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole.At this time,the pressure of the rear air chamber makes the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve,and the solenoid pulse valve is in the"closed"state.

The electrical signal of the pulse jet controller causes the armature of the solenoid pulse valve to move backward,the vent hole of the rear air chamber of the valve opens,the rear air chamber loses pressure,the diaphragm assembly moves backward,and the compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port,and the solenoid pulse valve is in the"open"state.

The electrical signal of the pulse jet controller disappears,the armature of the solenoid pulse valve is reset,the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed,and the pressure of the rear air chamber increases,making the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve,and the solenoid pulse valve is in the"closed"state again.
