Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve

The straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve plays a big role in the bag dust collector.It is the"switch"of the blowing air path of the pulse bag dust collector cleaning system.It is controlled by the electronic controller to perform pulsating"impulse"blowing and cleaning.

The straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve is a straight-through valve,so it is called a straight-through pulse solenoid valve.Its inlet and outlet are in the same straight line.Its air inlet is connected to the air storage pipe,and the air outlet is connected to the blowing pipe.The air flow can provide a pulse air flow that meets the requirements.It is used in conjunction with the air box pulse bag dust collector.

Working principle of straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers,front and rear.When compressed air is connected,compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole.At this time,the pressure of the rear air chamber will close the diaphragm assembly to the output port of the valve,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"closed"state.

The electrical signal of the pulse spray controller causes the electromagnetic pulse valve armature to move backward,the air vent of the rear air chamber of the valve opens,the rear air chamber loses pressure,the diaphragm assembly moves backward,and the compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"open"state.

The electrical signal of the pulse jet controller disappears,the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets,the air vent of the rear air chamber is closed,the pressure in the rear air chamber increases,causing the diaphragm assembly to close to the output port of the valve,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"closed"state again.
