Spring dust removal frame

The spring dust collector skeleton is also called the spring frame,also known as the spring bag cage.It is formed by one-time welding of the equipment.The skeleton is the rib of the filter bag.The quality of the skeleton directly affects the working state and service life of the filter bag.The skeleton post-treatment is galvanized or sprayed on the surface.It can also be plated or coated with other coatings according to the different working conditions of the customer.

The spring dust collector skeleton has excellent elasticity and is a dust collector accessory for the external filter dust collector.The spring skeleton is made of 5 mm diameter steel wire coiled,the diameter is less than 130 mm,and the diameter is 35 turns/meter after stretching.The surface is galvanized.The spring skeleton design structure is strong and has a long service life.

The spring frame(spring bag cage)is a supporting product for external filter dust collectors.It is divided into two types:with venturi tube and without venturi tube.It has excellent elasticity.Because the dust collector is limited by the indoor space,there is no space on the top of the dust collector to replace the dust collector frame,so a spring frame or(plug-in)multi-section dust collector frame is used in the design.
