Galvanized dust removal frame

The surface of the galvanized dust collector frame in contact with the filter bag should be smooth and clean,without welding scars,unevenness and burrs,so that the dust filter bag will not be damaged by friction with the dust collector frame when it passes through the wind pressure of the main fan of the dust collector and the repeated blowing and cleaning of the back-blowing air or the pulse valve,or when the vibration cleaning of the vibration bag dust collector.

Technical requirements:

1.It should have sufficient strength,rigidity,verticality and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure,damage during transportation,contact between the filter bags after loading into the dust collector,difficulty in bag loading,friction between the bag frame,etc.;

2.The surface of the filter bag dust collector frame should be treated,which can be sprayed or galvanized,and the treatment agent used for high temperature should meet the needs of high temperature;

3.All welding points should be firm,and no desoldering,cold welding and leakage welding are allowed;
