Electric gate valve

Electric gate valves are commonly used products in environmental dust removal,power plants,steel plants,cement plants,chemicals,and coal industries.Electric gate valves are divided into ordinary electric gate valves and actuator electric gate valves,of which electric actuator gate valves can be remotely controlled.

Electric gate valves are valves in which the gate and valve seat are always in close contact and sealed.The opening and closing parts of electric gate valves are gates,and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid.Electric gate valves can only be fully opened and fully closed,and cannot be adjusted or throttled.The gate has two sealing surfaces.The two sealing surfaces of the commonly used mode gate valve form a wedge shape,and the wedge angle varies with the valve parameters.Principle of electric gate valve:There is a circular opening of the same diameter on the gate,and the gate is opened and closed to make the circular opening on the gate separate and match with the diameter.

Electric gate valves are also called electric spiral gate valves and electric gate doors.They are usually used in conjunction with unloaders.The diameter of the electric spiral gate valve matches the feed port of the unloader,and there are two types:square and round.The advantage of this valve is that there is no groove in the valve body,the medium will not be blocked,and it has full-diameter flow characteristics,which is suitable for use in pipelines with powder and granular media.The sealing structure of the gate valve can be divided into soft seal and hard seal structure.The electric gate valve has good processability and compact structure.The sealing valve seat is a movable structure design with anti-wear and automatic compensation functions,so it has a long service life.The valve seat and the gate are always in close contact during the closing and opening process of the gate valve,which makes the valve opening and closing force stable and has the characteristics of cutting off the medium.
