Characteristics of dust collector in coking plant: After the dust-laden gas enters the air inlet pipe from the air inlet and settles, the larger particles and most of the dust settle into the ash discharge valve under the action of primary sedimentation and its own gravity, and the dust is discharged from the ash outlet through the screw conveyor mechanism. The other part of the finer dust enters the middle box under the action of the induced draft fan and is adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag. The clean air passes through the filter bag and enters the upper box and flows through the rectangular induced venturi tube to be collected in the air outlet box and discharged from the air outlet. For the normal operation of the system, the resistance of the dust collector should be maintained within the range of the limit value (1200Pa), so dust cleaning is used to shake off the dust and reduce the resistance of the equipment. As the filtration continues, the dust collector resistance also rises. When the resistance reaches the value, the cleaning controller issues a cleaning command, first closes the lifting valve plate and cuts off the filtering airflow; then, the cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve, and as the pulse valve sends the high-pressure reverse airflow used for cleaning into the bag, the filter bag swells and produces strong vibrations, causing the dust on the outside of the filter bag to fall off, achieving the purpose of cleaning. Since the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out box by box. When one box area is being cleaned, the other box areas are still working normally, ensuring the continuous and normal operation of the equipment. The key to handling dust is the cleaning time required for this strong cleaning (only 0.1 to 0.2 seconds for one spray).
