The difficulty of coal loading dust control in the coking plant's coke car dust collector is that the smoke generated during coal loading is very light and sticky.If it is not handled properly,the entire system cannot work properly.When loading coal,the coal cakes are pushed into the carbonization chamber,and the smoke generated by the furnace head is sealed in the carbonization chamber by the large furnace door.The residual smoke on the upper part enters the negative pressure gas collection hood,and enters the ground dust removal station after being fully burned by the smoke guide combustion car.When the coking plant dust collector is loaded with coal,a large amount of powdery smoke is generated by the top venting hole and enters the smoke guide combustion car.It is burned at degrees Celsius to remove sticky substances such as benzopyrene.After combustion,the residual smoke enters the ground dust removal station for treatment.The flue gas first enters the sticky smoke adsorption device to further remove the sticky residual substances,enters the pre-treatment device and combines pre-spraying to increase the specific gravity of the smoke,so that it settles,protects the bag,and is cleaned by the bag dust collector.It is discharged into the atmosphere after meeting the standards.The settled dust is collected by a scraper.To prevent secondary dust pollution,the dust is humidified by the humidifying ash unloading machine before being transported out.At this point,the dust removal process of one-time coke discharge and coal loading is completed.

Aiming at the problems of unreasonable combustion chamber structure,excessive water vapor content in raw coal gas,improper air mixing ratio adjustment and insufficient combustion space in the smoke and dust removal vehicle,the moisture content of coal cake is controlled below 10%to reduce the water vapor content in raw coal gas.For this purpose,the combustion system of the smoke and dust removal vehicle has been improved in the following aspects:

(1)The double horizontal combustion chamber is changed to a single vertical combustion chamber,and the combustion chamber gradually shrinks from the platform to the suction position,and the guide sleeve in the suction port of the combustion chamber is shortened as much as possible.This not only increases the volume of the combustion chamber,but also avoids the problem of flame extinguishing caused by fast gas flow rate at the guide sleeve,long guide sleeve distance,large temperature drop of the flame and surrounding gas.

(2)The combustion volume of the combustion chamber is expanded to 30m3 to provide sufficient combustion space.

(3)The mixed gas sucked from the suction port of the coke oven combustion chamber passes through three air inlets,namely the air inlet at the lower part of the guide sleeve,the air inlet at the V-shaped transition section between the suction port and the combustion chamber,and the air opening at the upper combustion chamber of the platform,to adjust the amount of coke oven gas and air,so as to achieve primary and secondary combustion and finally achieve full combustion under the optimal mixing ratio.
