Process flow of coke oven dust collector in coking plant:

The dust removal system consists of centrifugal fan,main motor,frequency converter,instrument system,circulating cooling water system,compressed air system and pipe network system.

Dust removal principle:During the coking production process,smoke is sucked into the dust removal main pipe through the duct,and large dust particles are separated in the gravity dust collector and flow directly into the ash hopper.After the smaller dust enters the box in the middle of the bag dust collector evenly,it is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag.The dust-containing gas enters the clean air chamber after being filtered by the filter bag and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.When the filter bag resistance reaches the limit value of 1500Pa,the dust cleaning device opens the electric pulse valve according to the differential pressure program for pulse spraying.At this time,the compressed air shakes off the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag and is discharged by the ash discharge mechanism through the ash hopper.This dust removal system adopts PLC automatic control technology,which is centrally monitored by the control room in the dust removal ground station.At the same time,a manual control switch is also set for easy maintenance.Ground dust removal process:The two-in-one technology of coal loading and coke discharge dry dust removal is adopted,and the coal loading dust removal and coke discharge dust removal are combined into a dust removal system.The coke powder adsorbed on the filter bag during the coke discharge dust removal process is used as a coating,so that the tar and dust in the flue gas inhaled during the coal loading process cannot directly contact the filter bag.The coke discharge dust removal and coal loading dust removal are operated alternately to protect the filter bag from long-term use without being bonded and blocked.The advantage of the dust removal system is that the two subsystems of coal loading dust removal and coke discharge dust removal share one dust collector,one fan and one set of ash discharge and storage device.The dust collector adopts an offline pulse bag dust collector,and the filter material uses a new type of stable performance needle felt filter nylon.
