The coke-side ground dust removal station of the coking plant is mainly used to collect the flue gas generated when the coke is intercepted,connected and the furnace door is removed.We designed a combined dust removal unit with a heat storage cooler and an offline pulse bag dust collector with stable performance.The main pipe adopts a belt sealed trough type,and an auxiliary fan is installed on the coke interception hood.It is confirmed that the dust collection rate of the post is above 90%.
Composition of the coke oven ground dust removal station
(1)Coke interception dust collection hood:The width of the dust collection hood should be greater than the width of the coke quenching car,and the length should be 2/3 of the length of the coke quenching car.In order to reduce the air leakage of the dust collection hood,the electric locomotive and the coke quenching car are partially modified to make their appearance as consistent as possible with the dust collection hood.In order to reduce weight,prevent thermal deformation and consider the actual report,the dust collection hood is connected with stainless steel bolts and the panel is made of 3mm stainless steel.The coke interception collection hood is connected to the dust collection main pipe by a pipeline docking valve to collect the smoke scattered during the coke removal process and send the smoke into the dust collection main pipe.
(2)The belt-sealed trolley is connected to the third rail and runs with the coke intercepting car.
(3)The heat storage cooler can effectively block fire and cool down.
(4)The stable performance pulse bag dust collector has the advantages of simple operation and ultra-low emissions.
(5)The variable frequency high-pressure fan has stable operation,large air volume and high air pressure.
The process flow of the coke side dust collector in the coking plant
When pushing coke,the flue gas escaping from the coke side furnace head is introduced into the dust hood on the upper part of the coke guide grid by the guide plate.The smoke generated when the coke falls into the coke quenching car box is captured by the dust hood of the coke intercepting car,enters the docking valve pipeline,and then enters the docking valve dust collection main pipe,and finally enters the ground station for purification.
When pushing coke,the driver sends a wireless signal to the ground station about 30-50 seconds in advance,so that the fan automatically switches from the idle state to the high-speed operation state.At the same time,the docking valve on the corresponding dust collection main pipe opens,and the emergency valve automatically closes.After the work is completed,the driver cancels the signal,and the fan automatically switches from high speed to idle speed.At the same time,the switching valve on the corresponding belt seal main pipe is closed,and the emergency valve is automatically opened.
Performance characteristics of the dust collector on the coke side of the coking plant
1.We installed an auxiliary induced draft fan on the coke intercepting car,confirming that the collection rate of the furnace smoke is above 90%.
2.We installed a stainless steel enlarged dust hood on the coke intercepting car,confirming that 90%of the smoke and dust overflowing from the coke quenching car is collected.
3.A radio station is installed on the coke intercepting car,which transmits high and low speed signals quickly and is easy to operate.
4.The bag dust collector is equipped with a performance stabilization valve for stable operation.
5.The filtration wind speed is designed to be 0.8m/min,and the 600g coated bag protects emissions below 10mg.
