A large amount of smoke and dust pollutants will be generated in the process of coal preparation and crushing in the coking plant.If they are discharged without treatment,it will not only cause great harm to the physical and mental health of the workers,but also cause serious environmental pollution,which is not in line with the relevant provisions of occupational health and violates the relevant environmental protection requirements of our country.

In order to enable the coking company to do a good job in environmental protection,the current treatment of coal preparation and crushing smoke in the coking plant is basically concentrated on using bag-type dust collectors to recover the smoke.Our company has investigated and designed the use of pulse bag dust collectors to treat the crushing smoke,so that the external discharge meets the environmental protection requirements and adapts to new environmental protection measures and market economic activities.After the dust collector in the coal preparation workshop of the coking plant was put into use,the dust concentration at the post and the emission concentration at the outlet of the dust collector met the requirements of our country's standards,and the waste gas treatment volume was 22000m3/h;the inlet dust concentration:≤1000g/Nm3;the dust collection rate≥90%;the outlet dust concentration≤20mg/Nm3,which plays a positive role in protecting the atmospheric environment and also brings considerable economic benefits to users.

Application ideas of pulse bag dust collector in coal preparation workshop of coking plant

1.Make a dust collecting hood at the discharge port of crusher,and then make an air duct between the discharge ports of two crushers and the end of dust collecting hood away from the discharge port to extract the dust generated during crushing and discharging.Open an air duct at the feed port of crusher to extract the dust generated during crushing.

2.Electromagnetic pulse valve:The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers,front and rear.When compressed air is connected,compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole.At this time,the pressure of the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm against the output port of the valve,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"closed"state.The electrical signal of pulse injection controller moves the armature of electromagnetic pulse valve,the vent hole of the rear air chamber of valve opens,the speed of the rear air chamber is suitable for pressure loss,the diaphragm moves backward,compressed air is injected through the valve output port,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"open"state.The electrical signal of the pulse jet controller disappears,the electromagnetic pulse valve armature resets,the rear air chamber vent hole is closed,the rear air chamber pressure increases,the diaphragm is close to the valve output port,and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the"closed"state again.

3.Use an excellent pulse jet cleaning system.The pulse jet cleaning system consists of an electromagnetic pulse valve,an air distribution box,a wall plate connector,a jet pipe,a venturi,etc.The electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by the output signal of the pulse jet controller and supplied by the compressed air network.The compressed air pressure is(0.6~0.7)MPa.When the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened,compressed air is sprayed into the jet pipe,and the jet hole on the jet pipe is injected into the venturi(or no venturi),and several times the secondary air is induced to enter the filter bag at high speed.The filter bag is rapidly inflated and cleaned by impact vibration and reverse airflow.The dust collector processes 22,000 m3/h of waste gas;dust concentration at the inlet:≤1,000 g/Nm3;dust collection rate≥90%;dust concentration at the outlet≤20 mg/Nm3.

4.Select the appropriate number of bags according to the best cost-effectiveness,and try to save costs while achieving the expected environmental benefits and protecting the good working environment of the workers.Open a coal powder recovery pipeline at the end of the dust hood away from the discharge port.The smoke collected after the pulse bag dust collector is scraped into the pipeline by a scraper for recycling.

5.Open a cleaning hole on the dust removal main pipe to prevent dust deposition from clogging the pipeline.

6.Determination of the number of filter bags.
