Process configuration of dust collector system for coal preparation line of coking plant：

1.Dust removal equipment layout

Transfer station:The dust collector is placed near the transfer station or on the roof of the transfer station.The dust removal system is a normal temperature dust removal system,and the main equipment configuration is:dust hood,air volume regulating valve,pipeline,dust collector,fan unit,etc.

2.Selection of fan for bag dust collector

3.Ash conveying system:Installed at the bottom of the dust collector,the dust removal system of the coke screening building transfer station transports the dust collected by the dust collector to the humidifying ash unloading machine through the unloader and the dragon,and then directly unloads it to the conveyor belt.

4.Chimney:Installed after the induced draft fan to discharge the purified air.

5.Pipeline:Connect the dust hood to the dust collector with a pipeline to allow the dust gas to enter the dust collector for purification smoothly,and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.The pipeline is made of curved single-wall steel plate,and manholes for inspection and dust removal are installed at appropriate locations of the pipeline.The pipeline is a circular welded structure,connected by flanges or welding,which is easy to install and maintain.The diameter of the pipeline is designed to meet the speed of dust in the pipeline and avoid dust deposition in the pipeline.
