RTO regenerative incinerator

During the combustion process of the RTO regenerative combustion furnace,it is necessary to maintain a certain concentration of exhaust gas to maintain the storage and conduction of heat.Therefore,RTO is more suitable for processing small air volume and medium VOCs exhaust gas.Waste gas with large air volume and low concentration can be processed into small air volume and medium waste gas through activated carbon adsorption and desorption or zeolite rotor concentration device.In the process of selecting the process,due to the small air volume and high concentration of the exhaust gas,most of it is exhaust gas,and some contain acid and alkaline components.Therefore,when RTO is used in exhaust gas treatment,it should be filtered or washed first to remove dust in the exhaust gas.and corrosive gases,and then enter the RTO for combustion.The high-temperature exhaust gas after combustion can be recycled and utilized through the heat exchanger.Some VOCs gases will generate dioxins during RTO treatment work.However,dioxins can be decomposed in an environment above 850°C.Therefore,in the process of designing the furnace,it is only necessary to control the combustion temperature above 850°C for a duration of 1 to 2 seconds.This reaction destroys the benzene ring and is an irreversible reaction that will not cause secondary pollution.

The working principle of the RTO regenerative combustion furnace:After pretreatment of the exhaust gas,it is passed into the furnace body and heated to a certain temperature(usually 730-780°C),so that the components in the exhaust gas undergo an oxidation-reduction reaction to generate small molecules.Inorganic substances(such as CO2,H2O)are discharged into the atmosphere through fans and chimneys.The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through the ceramic regenerator,causing the ceramic body to heat up and start"heat storage",which is used to process the subsequent incoming exhaust gas,thus saving a lot of fuel.
