Catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is a waste gas treatment equipment that causes waste gas to undergo oxidation and decomposition at a temperature of 250~350℃under the catalytic action of the catalyst.Since the catalyst accelerates the process of oxidation and decomposition,most hydrocarbons can be oxidized by the catalyst at a temperature of 300~450℃.Compared with the high temperature of 680~1050℃of direct combustion equipment,catalytic combustion equipment has many advantages.

The adsorption and concentration of waste gas mainly utilizes the adsorption effect of activated carbon.This set of equipment consists of several sets of activated carbon adsorption boxes.When this system is running,the activated carbon adsorption box is opened first to adsorb and concentrate the industrial waste gas.After the activated carbon adsorption is saturated,the activated carbon adsorption box is opened to perform an adsorption process similar to that of the activated carbon adsorption box.While the activated carbon adsorption box is working,the activated carbon adsorption box is desorbed.Similarly,the activated carbon adsorption box in this system circulates the process of adsorption and desorption.The industrial waste gas after desorption enters the catalytic combustion equipment,and the waste gas is finally oxidized and decomposed into small molecular compounds and meets the emission standards.

The catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment is mainly composed of several major components such as heat exchanger,catalytic bed,electric heater,combustion chamber,and heat storage body.The heating tube first heats the catalytic combustion equipment,and through the action of the fan,it provides the temperature(80-120°C)used for activated carbon desorption.The useful waste gas after desorption then enters the catalytic combustion equipment.In the combustion chamber,through the action of the catalytic bed,the waste gas is oxidized and decomposed at a temperature of 250-350°C,decomposing it into small molecular compounds,such as water and carbon dioxide.The heat of the gas that meets the standards is recycled through the heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
