PP spray purification tower

The pp spray purification tower adopts a circular tower body,which is connected in sections with flanges.It is composed of a liquid storage tank,a tower body,an air inlet section,a spray layer,a packing layer,a cyclone demisting layer,an air outlet cone cap,an inspection hole,etc.

Working principle of pp spray purification tower:

The main operation mode of pp spray purification tower is to continuously introduce acid mist waste gas into the purification tower from the air duct,pass through the packing layer,and the waste gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted with each other for absorption and neutralization reaction.After purification,the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated and demisted by the demisting plate and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.The absorption liquid is pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down at the top of the tower,and then refluxed to the bottom of the tower for recycling.The purified acid mist waste gas meets the emission requirements of the emission standard and is lower than the emission standard.

The following is the process flow of the waste gas treatment project:the discharged acid mist waste gas→enters the air duct→passes through the acid-base waste gas treatment tower→fan→air duct→reaches the standard emission.

Note:The methods for treating industrial waste gas include activated carbon adsorption,catalytic combustion,catalytic oxidation,acid-base neutralization,plasma,etc.

Features of pp spray purification tower:

1.The waste gas is purified by a packed tower,which is suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent waste gas emissions;

2.The process is simple,and the management,operation and maintenance are quite convenient and simple,and will not cause any impact on the production of the workshop;

3.It has a wide range of applications and can purify multiple pollutants at the same time;

4.The pressure drop is low,the operation flexibility is large,and it has good demisting performance;

5.The tower body can be made of FRP/PP/PVC and other materials according to actual conditions;

6.The filler uses a low-resistance ball ring,which can effectively remove odors and useless substances in the gas.

7.The pp spray purification tower adopts a five-layer waste gas adsorption and filtration purification system.The industrial waste gas treatment is carefully designed,and the waste gas is purified and filtered layer by layer,with good results,and the removal rate can be as high as 90%or more.
