HD single machine dust collector

HD single-unit dust collector is a small single-unit bag dust collector with small equipment size,large air volume,compact structure and convenient use.The single-unit dust collector has the characteristics of high-quality dust falling directly into the ash bin or belt conveyor equipment.It is mainly suitable for dust collection at the top,bottom,belt conveyor point and other local dust sources.

The basic structure of HD single-unit dust collector consists of three parts:fan,box body and ash door.Each part is installed in a vertical frame with a compact structure.The structural features of each component are as follows:

1.The fan component adopts a universal standard fan,which is easy to repair and replace,and adopts seismic isolation facilities with low noise;

2.The filter material is"729"cylindrical filter bag,which has good filtering effect and long service life:

3.The cleaning mechanism uses a motor to drive the side rod mechanism to make the filter bag shake and filter the inner surface of the bag.Its control device is divided into two types:automatic control or automatic control.The length of the fire cleaning time is automatically adjusted by the time relay(the electric control box is equipped with the dust collector);

4.The ash door adopts two structures:the drawer type and the ash door type,which is convenient for dust removal.

The HD single-unit dust collector has the advantages of small size,large air volume,compact structure,and easy use.The dust coming down from the dust collector can be directly discharged into the warehouse or directly fall on the belt.The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the lower part of the dust collector.After being filtered by the filter bag,the clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan.After the dust collector has been working for a period of time,the dust on the filter bag gradually increases,causing the resistance of the filter bag to increase,and it is necessary to clean the dust.After cleaning,the dust collector works normally again.

Working principle of HD single-machine dust collector:dust-containing gas enters the box from the entrance of the bag dust collector,is filtered through the filter bag,and the dust is left on the inner surface of the filter bag.The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag,and is sucked into the room by the fan directly,or it can be connected to the exhaust duct to be discharged to the outside.As the filtering time increases,the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag also increases,and the resistance of the filter bag increases accordingly,so it needs to be cleaned.After cleaning,the dust collector works normally again.The dust collector uses an automatic cleaning mechanism for timed vibration cleaning or a manual cleaning mechanism for automatic vibration for tens of seconds after manual shutdown to shake off the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag.The dust falls into the ash hopper,drawer or directly into the production equipment.
