Working principle of UF single-unit dust collector:

UF single-unit bag dust collector is a dust-containing gas that enters the dust filter bag from the air inlet or through the flower plate hole.The dust-containing gas passes through the dust filter bag and becomes clean air,enters the box,and then is discharged by the fan through the discharge port on the upper part of the box.The dust accumulates on the inner surface of the dust filter bag and continues to increase,causing the resistance of the bag dust collector to continue to rise.When the resistance rises to about 1500pa,in order to keep the bag dust collector working,the dust on the bag needs to be filtered regularly.When cleaning,turn off the top fan and start the shaking motor.Due to the eccentricity of the shaking motor,the connecting rod drives the shaking shaft to rotate back and forth.The dust filter bag is in a corrugated state,causing the dust to fall off and unload.After the dust is cleaned,stop the shaking motor and restart the fan to restart the bag dust collector.The above actions are automatically controlled by the controller.As the filtering time increases,the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag also increases,and the resistance of the filter bag increases accordingly,thus affecting the dust removal effect.The automatic cleaning mechanism is used for timed shaking cleaning or manual cleaning mechanism.After stopping,it is automatically shaken for tens of seconds to shake off the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag.The dust falls into the ash hopper,drawer or directly onto the conveyor belt.

Precautions for using UF type single-machine dust collector:

1.This single-machine dust collector is not suitable for humid and corrosive gases,and should not handle exhaust gas or dust above 120 degrees for a long time.If high-temperature working conditions need to be handled,high-temperature dust removal bags need to be customized.

2.During the start,stop and operation of this single-machine bag dust collector,if there is any abnormal phenomenon,it should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair.

3.Press the stop button to stop the machine and let the shaking mechanism work for tens of seconds.Do not cut off the power directly.
