DMC pulse single machine dust collector

DMC pulse stand-alone dust collector is a new type of stand-alone dust collector unit that absorbs the original DMCC pulse bag dust collector,improves the original dust unloading system,and simplifies the equipment structure.The improved equipment has the characteristics of large processing capacity,good purification effect,and convenient operation and maintenance.Compared with the mechanical vibration silo top dust collector,it also has the characteristics of low working noise,long filter bag service life,and no mechanical movement wear parts.It is suitable for the top of various powder storage warehouses to capture various fine dry non-fibrous dust.

1.DMC pulse stand-alone dust collector adopts chamber stop wind pulse spray cleaning technology,which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and chamber back-blowing dust collectors.It has low dust cleaning,dust removal,low emission concentration,low air leakage rate,low energy consumption,low steel consumption,small footprint,stable operation,and good economic benefits.It is suitable for the purification of dust-containing gases and material recovery in metallurgy,building materials,cement,machinery,chemical industry,electric power,and light industry.

2.Since the air-stop pulse jet cleaning is adopted in each chamber,the purpose of cleaning can be achieved with one jet,so the cleaning cycle is extended,the cleaning energy consumption is reduced,and the compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced.At the same time,the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is also reduced accordingly,thereby doubling the life of the filter bag and the valve plate.

3.Inspection and bag replacement can be carried out in each chamber without stopping the system fan and under normal system operation conditions.The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring,which is powerful and firm.The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape,which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel,extends the life of the bag,and is convenient for bag unloading.

4.The upper bag extraction method is adopted.After the skeleton is extracted when changing the bag,the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the bottom of the box and taken out from the manhole,which improves the bag replacement operation conditions.

5.The DMC pulse single-unit dust collector box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance.The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials.Kerosene is used for leak detection during the production process,and the air leakage rate is very low.

6.The inlet and outlet air ducts are compactly arranged with small air flow resistance.
