HMC pulse single machine dust collector

HMC pulse stand-alone dust collector is a small bag dust collector designed after digesting and absorbing similar products.The dust collector adopts pulse jet cleaning method.It has the advantages of good cleaning effect,purification,large processing air volume,long filter bag life,small maintenance workload,and operation.It is widely used in dust removal,purification and material recovery of non-fibrous dust and industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy,building materials,machinery,chemical industry,and mining.

HMC pulse stand-alone dust collector has six specifications,each of which can be divided into standard ash hopper type A and open flange type(no ash hopper)type B.Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber,filter bag,clean air chamber,ash hopper,ash discharge valve,pulse jet cleaning device,and electric control box.The box body is all welded.The inspection door is sealed with foam strips,and the dust collector is tight and does not leak air.

Structural features:

The dust collector body consists of four parts:shell,filter bag assembly,spray cleaning device,and ash discharge device.

The shell part is composed of the upper box,the middle box,the ash hopper,the air inlet and outlet.

The filter bag assembly is composed of the filter bag,the filter bag frame,etc.

The spray cleaning device is composed of the air bag,the spray pipe,the pulse valve,the electromagnetic control valve,the electric controller,etc.

The ash discharge device is composed of the motor,the reducer,the screw conveyor,and the star discharge valve.
