Coal-fired boiler dust collector

Coal-fired boiler dust collector is used for the treatment of waste gas from various large,medium and small coal-fired boilers,and for the treatment of sulfur-containing,high-temperature and high-humidity gases.The dust collector is treated internally,the filter bag is resistant to high temperature,the frame is treated with silicon,it occupies a small area,has good filtration wind speed,the filter bag has a long service life,and the emission concentration can reach below 30mg/m3 under normal use.The filter bag can be used for 24 consecutive months,the equipment is automated,online detection and maintenance,and the operation is simple.It is the treatment of coal-fired boiler waste gas in recent years.At present,coal-fired boilers account for the vast majority in the power and heating industries.Electrostatic precipitators are basically used for dust removal of coal-fired boiler flue gas.However,with the increasing environmental protection requirements and the widespread use of electrostatic precipitators,its weaknesses are gradually exposed.

The cleaning principle of coal-fired boiler dust collector:

After the dust-containing gas enters the upper air inlet of the ash hopper,under the action of the wind shield,the air flow wind plate moves upward,the flow rate decreases,and some large particles of dust are separated and fall into the ash hopper due to the inertial force.The dust-laden gas enters the middle box and is filtered by the filter bag.The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag.The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port and is discharged from the air outlet.As the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase,the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector also increases.When the resistance of the dust collector reaches the set value,the control system issues a dust cleaning command and the dust cleaning system starts to work.The solenoid valve opens immediately after receiving the signal,so that the compressed air in the upper air chamber of the small diaphragm is discharged.Due to the change in the force at both ends of the small diaphragm,the exhaust channel closed by the small diaphragm is opened,and the compressed air in the upper air chamber of the large diaphragm is discharged from this channel.The force at both ends of the grinding plate changes,so that the large diaphragm moves to open the output port from the closed position,and the compressed air in the air bag enters the bag port through the output pipe and the blowing pipe to achieve dust cleaning.When the control signal stops,the solenoid valve closes,the small diaphragm and the large diaphragm are reset one after another,and the blowing stops.
