Boiler bag filter

Boiler bag filter is not only an environmental protection equipment,but also one of the main production equipment of the power plant(the four main engines of the power plant:generator,steam turbine,boiler,dust collector).Therefore,when designing the boiler bag filter system and selecting the filter material,the bag filter should be operated for a long time(the boiler and its auxiliary equipment generally have an overhaul period of three years),and the operating conditions,fuel and dust characteristics of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment,and possible problems in operation should be fully considered.

When the fuel remains unchanged,the characteristics of dusty flue gas mainly depend on the combustion conditions of the boiler,and also depend on the design of the dust removal system.The change of boiler load,the selection and operating conditions of the pulverizer,economizer,and air preheater,the opening of the primary fan and secondary fan with the induced draft fan directly affect the dust concentration of the flue gas,the particle size directly affects the flue gas volume,the particle size,oxygen content and nitrogen oxide content of the flue gas,and the air leakage and insulation of the system are also factors that cannot be ignored.It can be said that the operating conditions of the boiler directly affect the bag filter system,and the performance of the bag filter system is directly related to the stability of the boiler.If the dust removal system fails due to bag breakage,it will cause the impeller of the boiler induced draft fan to wear faster;if the filter bag is seriously ash-sticky,it will increase resistance,reduce the air volume of the induced draft fan,and cause the boiler to operate under positive pressure,which is very dangerous.Therefore,when designing a bag dust removal system for a coal-fired boiler,dust removal should be regarded as an important part of the boiler system.When designing the system,automatic monitoring,automatic control,fault judgment and emergency measures should all be considered.It is also necessary to implement specific operating procedures,job responsibility system and maintenance management.A successful coal-fired boiler flue gas dust removal system project must have a comprehensive and reasonable design,selected instruments,meters and equipment,manufacturing and maintenance,and strict operation management.
