ZTC boiler dust collector fixed pipe spray cleaning technology is a cleaning technology commonly used in today's bag dust removal industry.It avoids the occurrence of undesirable phenomena such as easy damage to the rotating spray bearing and difficulty in lubrication,which leads to high failure rate,and avoids the problem of high equipment resistance caused by insufficient back-blowing cleaning.It uses the treated compressed air to induce the clean air of the upper box to spray instantly into the inner tube of the filter bag,forming a pulse shake.The dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is separated from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper under this sudden and strong shake.

The process principle of ZTC boiler dust collector FRP wet desulfurization dust collector uses a wet desulfurization dust removal technology developed based on the mechanism of multiphase turbulent strong mass transfer,combining centrifugal water film dust removal and spray boiling desulfurization dust removal into one,and the flue gas with dust and gas is accelerated through the cyclone,and collides with the atomized liquid sprayed in front of the venturi and the desulfurization liquid sprayed at the top of the tower to form a rotary shear force.The gas and liquid are spun at high speed,and after being fully mixed,they rise into the boiling reaction layer.The dust and gas in the flue gas are captured and absorbed by the fine liquid particles in the desulfurization liquid.Since the atomized liquid particles produce a large number of interfaces,the unit liquid volume captures and absorbs the dust and gas.The purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the dehydrator,induced draft fan,and chimney.
