Structure and principle of biomass boiler dust collector:

1.Through the distribution of flue gas flow field,it can be known that according to the characteristics of biomass dust,the bag chamber is composed of several sub-chambers.Taking some filter bags offline can reduce the flue gas flow rate,which can effectively reduce air flow disturbance,facilitate the shedding and collection of dust,and enhance the production capacity of filter bags.It increases the filtration area and offline valve equipment,etc.,and the cost increases,but the actual operation shows that it has obvious actual effects compared with conventional bag dust collectors,and the cost is lower than the switching use of double dust collectors.For the problem of inclined surface accumulation,a vibrator can be installed on the outer wall of the dust collector ash hopper according to the specific situation.

2.The principle is that the flue gas inlet and outlet are arranged on the same side and separated by an inclined partition.The bag chamber is composed of 4 identical sub-chambers,and the lower part is connected to the ash hopper.After filtration,the flue gas is controlled by the offline valve to enter the upper box for discharge.The offline valves are closed in sequence.When one of the chambers is offline,compressed air is introduced to blow in the reverse direction to blow the dust cake attached to the bag off and drop it into the ash hopper.
